Senior Product Engineer Maxim Integrated - SAN JOSE, CA US
Maxim’s RF Solutions Business Unit has an opening for a Senior Product Engineer who will be responsible for the entire product introduction effort for a variety of highly integrated complex transceiver products that support LTE/WCDMA and other standards.
The overall purpose of the proposed role is to provide Product Engineering support by managing the process of bringing new products out of the design phase to product release.
The successful candidate will be expected to define, lead and implement state of the art Lab automation techniques using LabView/C#/C++ for bench level device characterisation. He or she will also define testing methodologies and techniques to measure a variety of transceiver parameters such as EVM,ACPR, BER,SNR etc.
In additon, the candidate is expected to write/modify dll’s and drivers to facilatitate USB based communication for SPI interfaces.
We are looking for a self motivated indivdual to take ownership of the product development backend process and be able to lead a small team of junior engineers/engineering aides to conduct all aspects of RF testing required for successful product introduction.
