Job description

• Characterization of SoC and memory products - chip and IP level characterization.
• This includes char planning and automation of the char data collection.
• Electrical failure analysis on customer returns leading to successful failure isolation.
• Debugging yield and quality issues and identification of test screens for quality problems.

Desired Skills and Experience

• MTech/M.E/MS or B-Tech/B.E in any of the specializations related to the field of Electronics/Microelectronics/VLSI
• Atleast 2 years of experience employing the required skill sets.
• Experience in characterization of mixed signal and digital IP blocks.
• Experience in automating characterization using NI Labview or other means.
• Experience in automating characterization using an ATE would be a plus.
• Analytical and problem solving ability
• Basic firmware development skill.
