A large manufacturing operation near Mobile, Alabama is searching for a R&D Lab Manager with 8+ years of applicable experience. BS Engineer degree required. Qualified candidate should have experience in rotating products and equipment, prototype assembly, testing, and qualification, lab management, applicable test codes and standards, noise & vibration measurements and controls, scheduling and supervising tests, knowledgeable of the latest test equipment, methods, and software, maintaining 5S lab, mechanical and electrical aptitude, Labview, etc.
