Job Function:



Develop Test Designs, Documents and test Windows configuration/ application tools/ embedded firmware’s for the controller used in series of monitoring, control and data gathering solutions for a wide range of customer applications such as Automatic Transfer Switch and Fire pump control and load bank control applications. Recommends plan to improve software quality in products.



Qualification:



BE Electronics Engineering or Equivalents

Job Duties:



Develop Test schedules

Analyze Requirements

Test plan and test cases / scripts

Execute Functional test, Automated testing, Multi-platform test, Usability testing

Experience:



3 to 5Years software testing experience in embedded Systems

Experience in windows configuration/ application tools for controllers

Good Knowledge of C & LabVIEW

Experience in using different test methodologies like Black Box, White Box

Experience in unit testing, integration testing, functional testing, system testing, acceptance testing & regression testing.

Must have experience in Functional & Automated testing using tools like RFT, QTP

Testing experience with communication interface & protocols i.e. RS 485, Modbus, CAN Open, Ethernet and TCP/IP is required

Power domain preferred

Having experience with C/C++ and UML is added advantage

CMMI Knowledge is plus
